A native New Yorker, Olivier holds advanced degrees in Architecture and International Marketing. He founded and served as President of Matthew Kenney Catering before launching his world-renowned namesake company Olivier Cheng Catering & Events, where he maintains at the forefront of culinary ingenuity and event production.
